Tuesday
Well I have managed to achieve the goal of wandering the trail alone. I got some awful flu/ stomach bug that gave me my worst night on the trail yet. Fever, which is gone but the constant nausea remains. Got to slack 21 miles today and sleep in an enclosed shelter to hide from the rain. Really hoping it clear up tomorrow but we shall see.
I wish I had written when I was with Triumphant and Grits, I really enjoyed hiking with them. It was a good mix, but hopefully we’ll meet again. And this stomach thing goes away ugh it’s the worst. Def getting the VA blues. So close but so far 😭
