Today I saw:
Lake George! Climbed Prospect Mountain, steep but short. Last time I was there was with Matt, and wow, really cool to reflect on what I’ve done since then. Beautiful perfect weather. Nice drive down to Angry Orchard. The ladies at the diner were nice enough to take my $10 and let me park all day (2 sweet n low packets provided proof on my dash).
Angry orchard brewery was packed beyond imagining. I’ve never seen so much ripped jeans with flannel in my life ( as I sheepishly looked down at my own outfit reflecting just that…)
Was not into the cider, but was so into seeing my X’s ❤️ April & Liz. Such a breath of fresh air! And getting to reminisce with them was even better.
We all went into a fancy tree house, and I felt so fucking cool to be with these amazing humans. Poor Indy was a trooper and stayed in the car. A little stiff, but otherwise he did so well.
Backtracking to see Sarah tomorrow. Sounds like she needs a friend, and since she is up there on top people, i am so happy to go out of the way.
Wedding should be interesting – excited to see those girls too!
Again, another amazing day – really feeling so centered and happy out here.
